Soft-launched in May 2024, Taman Musik YPM is a subdivision of the YPM Music School. It’s goal is to offer instrument lessons to anyone aged 4 and up without the requirement to attend any academic classes such as theory/solfeggio, recorder, choir etc (as is custom to students enrolled at the YPM Music School). Thus, pure focus on learning an instrument. Rather than having to follow a given curriculum, you can make your own.
In other words, whether you are 4 or 70 years old, whether you are a beginner or have advanced experience, whether you would like to learn classical, pop, church or any other type of music, Taman Musik YPM might just fulfill your dream.
Maybe you studied music when you were young and now would like to revive your lost love, maybe you are preparing for an audition or a concert and need coaching. Maybe you intend to enroll your child at the YPM Music School but you are uncertain whether it is the right thing to do or maybe you just love music and wish to expand the knowledge and ability you already have.

Lessons are being held one-on-one by qualified teachers of the YPM Music School and can start at the beginning of almost any month (May – Desember). Taman Musik takes a yearly break starting 1 Februari until 30 April, due to our teacher’s commitments regarding end-of-year exams of the YPM Music School.
